Ok, so time for some good news and bad news. The good news is that I have only gained 1.4 lbs in the last 3 weeks or so, which is relatively excellent, given that I thought my eating had been out of...

Oh, and full-confession, I haven't updated my ticker in a few weeks. So I'm hoping I didn't erase too much progress. And I know it's an excuse, but I am mid-relocation to my new job in a new state...

Thanks you guys... It's just like, I don't know why I never seem to be able to commit for more than a few weeks at a time, and then when I do have some not-primal thing, it turns into a weeks-long...

Soooo, I'm just kind of floating around out here. Not being very primal, TBH. Back at my family's for thanksgiving, and grazing on all kinds of junk- cookies, cake, etc. not that I was That...
