If I'm eating 75% of calories from fat I am not hungry and often don't meet my basic 1600 calories. I end up only eating like 900-1200 calories. Although if I xfit more than 1 once a week I will...
In my green smoothie experience. I initially had discomfort. My guess, too much fiber in one drink. I dialed it down the next few times, (volume and fibrous fruit and veg), and then added a little...
The high fat diet in this study would be considered a low fat here. IMO no compairison to a paleo experience.
I hate to say it, because I like to say eat real food..... but you could try a whey protien supp. They tend to be low fat and would make you less full than say a steak.

Your link is an excellent graphic representation of what runners call "base training". And it works! It trains your mitochondria to work more efficiently. This is the “Move frequently at a slow pace”...
+1 on the food mill. 20ys ago we just fed the kido what we were eating, mixed it all together in something like this Amazon.com: KidCo Food Mill: Baby
I didn't mean to insult. I have found (N=1) that it is a slippery slope from paleo versions of SAD foods to back to SAD foods. Yet everybody's different, so if you can tolerate fake paleo, ...
when I was struggling with recovery issues a runner friend recommended "base training" low/med heart rate for long time/distance, for me at the time ment 120-130bpm and about run/walk 3-5mph. a month...
Why not just put bacon in a muffin pan and fill with egg and veg mix > bake > fridg. Instant meal on the go. Much better than the faileo muffins IMO
+1 for Green Pasture's Fermented Cod's Liver Oil and High Vitamin Butter Oil combo. It provides the A and k2 needed to balance Vit D
I take 1/2 tsp daily along with a 1 tbls of coconut oil....

When I started Primal/paleo I was all about the MEAT. Now I better understand the gatherer part of hunter gatherer. Especially after watching Dr. Terry Wahls TED talk on youtube .
She says 5-9...
Have you tried a probiotic, coconut kefir/yogurt or fermented foods? These and a green smoothie typically help me through a slip. Oh and lots of water.
