That's a joke, right? Both are bloody excellent exercises and I'd strongly suggest putting them in whatever routine you come up with.
I'm much more impressed by someone that can do weighted or one...

... That's quite a discussion I lit a fire under. But thanks for all the information, every bit helps.
I do like coconut milk, I might give that a go instead.
Is 3 weeks before Christmas maybe a silly time to start back up, considering my lack of will power? I think I spin myself into a depressive cycle by making plans and having them fall through, over...
Do you drink milk or alternatives, or stay away from all dairy?
I've never had a problem with dairy, and consume milk, butter and cheese on a regular basis. Is there any benefit to switching to almond milk but still having butter and cheese? All regular...
That's part of Sealfit :) Lifting heavy things nearly everyday. Work in a bottleo too, so plenty of real-life squatting, deadlifting, and pressing there too.
20m shuttle run back and forth to a beep. Progressively gets faster. First level is little more than a walk. By level 7 you're running hard.
I got a 6.2. I'm a whole level away but a lot better...
I've been an on-off Primal since the new year. Set my goals, stocked up on meat, good fats, ditched the bread and grains. I'd fall, get back on, fall, get back on, fall ad nauseum. It was the...
Dude a tractor tire would be so awesome! I live in an area that's still being zoned, and for about a month a used tractor tire was just sitting in a vacant lot on the path I'd take the dog for a...
Rarely have a coke anymore. Don't bother buying diet or zero because then I'll see it as something I can indulge in. To use as mixers, yeah, but otherwise, I'm good with tea, water, milk etc. Just...
Below 90kg!! What an achievement. So happy for this to happen. First defence interview in two weeks and I'm half a kilo away from being below BMI33. Can also do 10 strong pushups (chest to ground),...
This is my 22 year old housemate. Some people will never accept the taste of things. I love mushroom, its in everything I cook. 3 out of 4 people in our household eat it, he picks it out or gets...
I'll have to save that for later, and cook on a night when the housemates can't see what I'm cooking. Liver surprise!
I didn't see chicken hearts, just beef and lamb. I'm pretty adventurous myself, try anything once etc.
My local woolworths is now stocking a variety of organ meats, tongue, liver, heart and kidney from cows, lambs, and chicken. I'd love to have a go of it, but my housemates want nothing to do with it....
Had a medical done today, updated figures of 163.5cm tall and weight 94kg, putting my BMI at 35.2. Blood pressure, blood works, cholesterol, thyroid etc etc etc all normal or well below dangerous...
Nah, I read and reread your post perfectly. To me, it sounds like you're trying to make it complicated. The reason the Primal Blueprint is so easy to stick to, is because it's simple and...

I like the stronglifts style 5x5 workouts, for strength gains on my squat, bench and deadlift. Deadlifts and rows I have no problem with. I don't have a rack of any sort to rest and load my bar on....
Two circuits:
Barbell - 4 times through - without putting down bar between exercises
6 x Hack Squat
6 x Push Press
6 x Bent Over Row
6 x RDL
Dumbell - 3 times through - can change weights
Nice! Looks like you could get a great workout/play session on there.
