Went from bouncing between 196-200 lbs to bouncing between 191-194 - no change except switch to primal.
Much more even keel for over-all mood day in day out. Energy level is more lasting.

Gee, I don't know if I like it or not yet though I use it off and on for the past few months. The mention of "rank-ass" smell did a ring a bell with me when I have my doubts.

Two eggs, two slices of bacon, a dozen cherry tomatoes. Bullet proof coffee - MTC oil and cream plus a packet of stevia.
breakfast - bulletproof coffee, two eggs with parmesan
snack - two carrots / garlic olive oil
lunch - heading to local market with outdoor kitchen for earth day - grilled butterfly chicken breasts...
Spinach lightly wilted in coconut oil with two eggs scrambled, 10 cherry tomatoes, parmesan cheese sprinkled over it.
Breaky - two mugs Bulletproof coffee with MCT oil and heavy cream.
Mid-day - half bbq chicken from local deli and coleslaw.
I do a another version "brand", Group Power, basically same approach. I shoot for 3xweek.
Primal Blueprint since first week of Dec. 2012. Successfully avoided bread, cookies, crackers since then....fairly straight on the PB. However, when I "cheat", and I do cheat several (2 to 3) times...

Whilst at the grocery I bought some "gluten free etc. organic chocolate chip cookie dough" frozen dough. Dolled out 6, baked for 16 minutes and wolfed them down...
Group Power at 0830. Then 3 mile walk with some sprints.

For my 4a.m. Breakfast.... 2 strips bacon, 3 eggs, 12oz. Coffee with cream, coconut oil and pinch of sugar.
When I walk thru the bread or cracker aisle at the market, I look straight ahead.
3 to 5 cups ...6 to 12 oz. each. With my first mug at home being the biggest with cream and cc oil...a pinch of sugar.
I am not addicted to coffee....I just drink it to avoid getting a headache.
To be the most interesting Paleo-Primal man in the world.

Two thighs and a wing from the local market deli. Batter be damned, baked or fried, I did not question....I indulged. And a mound of green beans.
