Hi all,
I've been poo-less and free of chemical cleansers for ages now, my dandruff has disappeared, my hair is no longer frizzy as hell when long, and my skin feels great.
What I would like to...

The body creates it's own very powerful antioxidants. I can't remember where I saw it and therefore have no idea how true it is but someone had said that if you get loads of antioxidants in your diet...
Personally my C/F/P ratio is: as little as possible/as much as makes me feel satisfied/as much as makes me feel satisfied

Oh great a fantastically poor attempt at trying to explain an obvious problem!
@Beauty: So I've finally found someone that indulges the same way I do. I love creamed coconut and it's so cheap! I can buy a box of 4 sachets for 60pence or about $1 i guess. My only problem is not...
OK so I figured it out.
It was really quite crazy how quick it was going both ways (allergies kicking in and then stopping). If I eat dairy (sadly even raw milk kefir) or grains within a couple of...
Hi all,
Up until a couple of years ago I had pretty horrific hayfever. Then all of a sudden it disappeared and hasn't been heard of since. That was until about a week ago. I went to a local pub to...
I think that there is a great need for people to look at both sides of an argument and then try something for themselves. Just because there is a science paper written specifying X result does not...
Very good points especially the last one, being fat can be misinformation, being obese is a concious decision whether it's the easy one or not.
I don't get this way of argueing it comes from a point of weakness and neediness to be right. If you have a point then make it and make it good. Don't try to one up everyone by trying to make out...
I make my own molasses water kefir. It's more probiotic than anything you can buy and the running costs include water and the occasional pot of molasses very very cheap.
I gave up dairy, and it improved my body comp. Have recently started consuming milk because I found somewhere to get raw milk and I make kefir with it.
Dont have a point just posting a fascinating video:

I've just gotten better after a week plus of being knocked on my ass with a cold. Strange thing was unlike colds I had in pre-primal days I didn't "feel" sick. By that I mean that I still had loads...
I have a local health store that sell it but it's well out of my price range. At my local asda they sell 100% pure creamed coconut from Pataks. 62p for 4 sachets 300cals/30g of fat each (I usually...
If anyone's up for reading it I found this today and thought it pretty interesting:

Totally agree on the liver thing, it probably has more bio available iron than any other food. Popular in the UK though? I get my liver incredibly cheap because my butcher tells me nobody buys it. I...
Thanks very much!
Hi all,
I'm looking at getting some Kefir grains. Is there anyone in the UK that would be able to hook me up?
Thanks
Steve
The leaders of my country are stupid. It's actually ILLEGAL to sell raw milk in Scotland :( It is however legal in England, Wales and Ireland

Hey all,
I have been taking the Holland and Barrett Vit D3 1000 IU supplement for a while. Today I happened to glance at the ingredients and found: corn oil, starch, sucrose, and soya among other...
