I use a manual whisk, rotated quickly between my palms, and it works perfectly. No need for fancy gadgets.
A regular hand whip, spun between one's palms works also--and, easy clean up
Agreed. If I do use a sauce, it's a reduction of the pan drippings. Simple is best.
I sleep on the covered (no walls) porch of our mountain house, no matter the season. (Coldest as been 4 F.) I absolutely love it--save for the noise of Independence weekend. Mind you, I do use a cot...
I used to get pork meaty neck bones from a rancher in Texas. Best darn pork I've ever had.
You might start with stuff that's not strictly muscle, like the tendons, ligaments, etc found on things like oxtail. As for liver, I used to hate it myself (and the texture can still get to me), but...
Funny, I had no idea what bulletproof coffee was either. Now I find out it's basically the same as the butter coffee I've been making nearly every morning (morphed from Tibetan butter tea). Tasty...
I keep one in my office to keep from being utterly sedentary at work. It's helped a lot.
I have used something similar for years and it has made all the difference in my alertness in the morning.

butter is nearly pure fat, lacking the proteins and sugars that often cause problems. Those very sensitive to these proteins or sugars should avoid butter. For the rest of us, it's darn tasty and a...
Went back to eating dinner: butter poached broccoli and goat gouda. Good stuff.
The Hebrew word translated "bread" (lechem) can also be translated "food." This is the likely meaning here, since the passage is referring to the need to sweat for sustenance, rather than just...
i am a Christian, a young earther, and primal. I hold that God designed us to live best by eating meat and vege. As for grain-consumption in the Bible, it seems to me that grain-consumption falls...
I must try this!

Cod liver oil is better as a source of Vitamin A. I use Nordic Naturals Ultimate Omega for my O3.
This is true, but there is a difference between measles and VD when it comes to methods of communicability. We're not talking about diseases that can be transmitted through the air.
Yum.
sound right to me.
Homemade ghee (from unsalted Kerrygold), brought to slightly brown, develops an amazing flavor that butter just does not have. I say both: they are so different.
