Is there any nutritional benefit to eating raw liver compared to cooked liver?

what kind of protein powder do you use in your recipes? The ones i've looked at are full of junk. I've tried hempseed powder but its really gritty. Meh

ps there is still trace thimerosol in the preservative free shot. Read the package insert~they put all kinds of crap in those shot now. Aluminum, formaldehyde, etc....

to the op~if you're starving, eat more fat. It is what gives us satiety. Also small meals...

I had a flushot during pregnancy. My son has autism spectrum. Not the regressive type, he was always different from birth. He had his 3 and 6 month shots and nothing after that.

the iron in cast iron pans isnt the right kind of iron. I still use cast iron to cook in (superior heat distribution) but wouldnt count on it for iron

I've found that eating smaller meals more frequently saved me from pregnancy fatigue. Also, dropping my carbs eliminated morning sickness.

kindof related because some people put ADD on the mild end of the autism spectrum, but i have a son with aspergers who has been off of gluten, dairy, soy, corn and artificials since he was 4 and it...
if you're ttc you might want to look up dr. Michael fox. He has some interesting things to say that you might be interested in around conceiving and preventing miscarriage...

it's number four on your list that i like recipes for. The infinite combinations of spices are what keeps food interesting. I am sadly 'tonedeaf' when it comes to making up my own seasonings/spice...

Re milk substitute~try the blue diamond unsweetened almond milk if you dont want to make your own.
