Scale wavered between 169-170 this morning after 2 years of being 175-180... Can fit into old shirts again. Weight isn't dropping incredibly fast, but inches are. Lovin it.

The year was fine, but I did not do a good job of the year. Went somewhat back on the wagon (off and on) in about september I think and dropped 10lbs... about 40 more to go. I'm working on it!
Had a huge freakin' deep-fried Vietnamese dinner last night... Then went for Coldstone ice cream.

A lady at work told me I look great and that I must have lost a lot of weight... I've been about 79% primal again for about 2 weeks now and people are already noticing!
Decided to F'ITOL and climb back on the wagon after about a year (WTF BATMAN!!!) of just absolute shiate eating and 30lbs of weight gain...
4 days in, 3 lbs lost. I just need to step it up and get...
Last night... Grilled rare venison steaks, grilled peppers, red onions and mushrooms, baked potato. To DIE for.
Well my 'breakfast' was at noon... which was Beef stew meat with BACON slow cooked in their own juices and some seasonings... And asparagus fried in butter.
So. Darn. Good.
3 medium boiled eggs, and three slices of thick-cut bacon. With a teeny bit of maple syrup 'cause bacon aint bacon without some surple.
Finally returned to primal eating yesterday. Had an 8 month downward spiral which has put me at 180lbs and as unhealthy as can be.
Since eating primally yesterday and today, I feel like a whole...

Walked past the cinnamon buns on the counter and nom nom nomed the roast I'd slow-cooked earlier instead. So. Much. Win.
