Awsome Job Rob! It's funny cuz I can't do a muscle up but I can do the flag and I really want to do a muscle up. Have to keep training at it.
I like Circular Strength Training. Makes you do odd movements that works the body in different ways and helps keep my injuries down.
Being 5'5" i can see that wall is gonna be a tough mudder for me! Gonna have to run fast and just jump and pray!

I signed up with a couple friends to run the Tough Mudder in May and am trying to come up with a good program to prepare myself for this 10-12 mile of madness.

These are the ones I got. Work great. Think I got them sale so were a little cheaper but are definetly worth the money.
I just got cheap ones from Amazon for like $15 and they work great. You can strap them up to just about anything that stable, I use my power rack and go to town on them :)

Maybee i'm not thinking right. I want do add something to my workout that will kick my butt and make me last longer and not get winded in Jui-Jitsu and other things of the sorts.

I just started doing Flag work about 2 months ago. It's hard but given enough time and practice even at your age you can probably hold it out for a few. I'm trying to get my co-worker who is around...
I take a couple of these out when hunting for a snack and got nothing to eat the whole day. Good amount of callories to keep the body going.
