while discussing fruitarians its worth noting their rate of diabetes in long term eaters is higher than the average population.

your carbs don't actually need to be that low to stay in ketosis- get yourself a meter if your going to do this, i can eat around 65 and be over 2 and i'm nowhere near as active as you. with a meter...
