    What is your post workout meal?

    I attempt to kill myself through eating after a workout. 12 eggs and 4 cups of cooked rice mixed together all in a salad bowl. They I just lay around and wait for my stomach to go down.

    7 months of lifting

    Been lifting for 7 months and getting pretty strong. I have been eating lots of carbs and have put on both muscle and fat. Once I am done with phase 3 I will "cut" 20-30lbs.

    Simple but dynamic

    Pull ups as many sets as it takes to get too 30 for me it was 8, 6, 6, 4, 4, 2

    Followed by max out leg press 5 x 5 for me just stuck w/ apartment press says 216lbs but feels more like 500
