    well if you want to to gain weight I would suggest eating every 2-3 hours, not the 6-8 you've been doing

    make the meals smaller too, aim for two things a meal like a banana and 2 pieces of bacon...

    I thought if your eating primal then carbs aren't really a factor anymore?

    if you stick to what mark has outlined to eat than shouldn't it not matter how much you eat?
