If I want to use coconut oil after all the good things I have read about it then that is my business. Who is he to tell me how to live and eat? I don't drink but you do not hear me telling him to...
Thank you for posting your success. I also have PCOS.
Livestrong dot com works great for me. Never had a problem with it.
A tablespoon a day is my goal too and I will work myself up to that. That is only 3 teaspoons a day which is basically 3 servings iof fat and when I was on Deal -A- Meal (Richard Simmons diet) back...

I've never tried crawfish. I don't think they can be bought where I live.
You can also use a very, very thin egg omelet.....more like a crepe then a omelet.
In the morning I plan to have some scrambled eggs (freshly cooked) and leftover basa fillets (3) from dinner.
I'm also going to add a can of mushrooms to those eggs and some green onion.
I agree. I just got my first jar of CO today and I am going to eat a teaspoon of it daily for a week before I add another teaspoon. I would like to work up to 2 or 3 tabspoons daily.
I'm with the eat some fat group. Get some good quality virgin coconut oil and eat a teaspoon of it. Work your way up to a tablespoon of it daily. I just had a teaspoon of it myself a few hours ago...
I am going to try this. :)
That wil explain ,why some people, who were presumed drowned, were never found in marine tragedies.
All animals need some protein to survive. Any animal that is a grass eater ingest some bugs that might be on the leaves, blades of grass or in the haybales. Even rodents will eat a bug when it can...
I agree. I much prefer that over bacon.
I will have to check out that couch surfing website. I hope they have places for the UK.
