    Since I want to lose body fat, I shouldn't do this program. I should lose the fat first by doing bodyweight stuff. Once I'm at a decent ratio then I should do starting strength.

    Am I right?

    My day is usually eggs & bacon in the morning, almonds for snacking, chicken & mixed veggies for dinner. Sometimes I'll skip breakfast or lunch. I don't do a whole lot of carbs.
