ive been eating steak 5 days a week for a year now and im legit scared of gout.
well the majority of uric acid in most diets comes from red meat. I just dont want gout. sound like it sucks butt.
red meat is beef, pork, duck and some others.
i may have a predisposition to gout so i want to maybe curb that.
its just the skin of of the pig but i was wondering if i wanted to abstain from red meat for a bit if pork rinds would fall into that category.
