OK, first off. I miss the people who were here when I first joined.
Second, to you new people, glad you found the Primal Blueprint.
To catch up, I started PB/Paleo a couple of yrs ago. On...
I'd be a gardener/animal tender.
A little late but yes. Blue corn chips are great.4196
since eating paleo/pb, my grocery bill shrunk incredibly. now we're adding in more grass fed stuffs so the cost of the meat portion is creeping up. but that's well worth it.
*regarding 'large'...
" I do have some hope - for a better body than I have right now. I also don't underestimate how far I have come - down about 100lbs, no sagging skin, good muscles. I have a lot to be grateful for"

may the great day continue!
you are probably correct. and living on a farm is a distant dream. but in my current day to day experiences, it doesn't work that way. :(
STABBY!
ahem...i have random hairs pop up in not very favorable spots. esp since the hysterectomy. the partner and i just have reasonably regular grooming sessions.
i get to do her eyebrows...
3 eggs fried in OO. Yah! :)
successfully avoided the moist, soft, chewy delicious looking brownies in the cafe. points for me!
go get a dog
the Mr/Mrs/Miss thing is regional and generational. i insist it gets used around our house but my partner's family, yankees, use 1st names. and i don't like it.
shrug.
i don't know any gen y who have the work ethic of my dad, the silent generation. not a single one. it would be nice if i did because my day to day employment would prob be easier.
Yes. Maine / Connecticut. Grandparents from Maine, mother migrated to Connecticut & back at various points in her life.
got it, check. thx
I'm Gen X, my partner Gen Y. Huge freakin' ass difference.
I have to add...those differences are compounded by her being raised a yankee and I a southerner.
it's a wonder sometimes. :)
question on squats...and i've read both ways...
feet angled out or toes pointed straight forward?
feet at shoulder width apart.
angled feels better on my knees but am i missing something?
...
congrats on the yoga! & yes, it's tough.
be all you can be! hoo-ah!

i've done 3 sets of 10 air squats throughout the day so far. done 3 sets of wall push ups at roughly a 45 degree angle. will do...
and i'm older than both.
pffft
i ated it all. ;)
seriously, there was no meat left over for today. having to eat my seasoned beef on my salad!
