Funny, my first reaction to the title was that spaghetti squash and other squashes aren't very heavy for lifting. Then I realized what you meant, LOL!
Room temperature is important. I think it's also important when using an immersion blender to also use a container that just barely has room for the blender (narrow sides).
I made some bone broth and it's pretty good. I'm wondering what I can use it for rather than just drinking it.
