    What worked for me... Long walks (5+ miles) while intermittent fasting 2-3 x week. Sprinkle in a HITT session or two each week and 3 days of body weight workouts.

    Here's a great way to prepare sweet potatoes - cut potatoes into cubes, throw in some chopped bacon, season with cinnamon and salt. Bake for 45 minutes or so.. Delicious and easy to reheat.
