Great little nuggets of wisdom from &#60;span class=&#34;tooltip&#34; title=&#34;Mark&#38;#039;s Daily Apple&#34;&#62;MDA&#60;/span&#62;.  Just got the one on Intermittent Fasting, and it was a great little nudge.  Just  a little more than covered here in the Blog and Forums.  Glad I signed up.  NOT spammy, and not a frequent email deluge, just an occasional solid piece of masonry to put in your brick wall of primal livin&#38;#39;
