			<description>&#60;p&#62;Out of our garden, we have eaten them when small as a radish-sprout salad (when I needed to thin them out) but as they got older they were very prickly and not so great when we tried it again. But, I think that probably depends on the variety.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I&#38;#39;ve also heard of pickled radish tops but have never done it myself.
