Sleep... or the lack of it
I do have bouts of bad sleep from time to time, but I really feel like I havent had a decent nights sleep for ages now. I get off to sleep in a flash, but often wake up about 3 hrs later and then toss and turn or go into some sort of dreamy sleep where I dont feel refreshed at all. Now sometimes I can definitely put this down to 1 too many wines but mostly, no good reason. I think since I have been eating more primally, with less carbs, I am more restless in bed. I wonder if I am lacking something in my diet.
By the way, I always take my fish oil capsule before I go to bed at night, could this be making me have more dreams???
I'm not totally exhausted during the day though, so obviously I"m getting enough sleep I guess, but I dont feel like I am.
