Refeed win / why yes these ARE new jeans
So July 4th week after 30 lbs down I took a vacation and ate large amounts of potatoes and cheese. Came back 8 pounds up, but 4% body fat down. Didn't really credit the 4%, thought it was water weight that would disappear next week. BTW, in the 30 lbs down the body fat % had not budged.
This week: lost 4 of the 8 pounds, the body fat % held AND when I started losing weight I bought jeans that were too small and a size under that that. The too small jeans are stupid big and now I am sitting here in the two sizes too small jeans.
Refeed, eat more, etc. :-D
