I don't know what makes me feel good but I do know what I like and eat regularly:
Gelatinous bone stock
Freshly squeezed juice: carrots, grapes, blueberries, clementine, kale, etc.
Rice and rice noodles
Grass-fed beef liver
Coconut oil (refined)
Apple cider vinegar
Chocolate, dark, soy- and dairy-free
Nixtamalized corn tortillas
Pink Himalayan salt
*** cheese and butter and ice cream but have avoided them all week to my sadness :(
Coffee, in small doses. Same with green and jasmine tea.
Steamed leafy vegetables.
Steamed fresh fish.
Reasonably lean pastured pork.
Lamb and chicken heart.
Cooked pears and apples.
Small amount of olive oil.
I'd also love to eat a plethora of other delicious Primal foods, but these are the ones I can eat without bloating or feeling like crap the next day.
Bacon is my spirit animal. And superfood.
I love pretty much everything, but bulletproof coffee or a little 90% chocolate make me feel superhuman.

homemade mocha ice cream
Aaah, how could I forget ice cream?! Don't yet know it's benefits to my physical health, but it definitely does my mental one lots of good. :)
