Beginner here needs some help
I have been eating Primal for almost 3 weeks now - so far its been great. I have lost 7 pounds, haven't had a stomach since I started (used to have one almost every day!) and overall just feeling a lot better. However, I have noticed that for the last week and a half, I have a headache every day. I am starting to wonder maybe I am not eating enough carbs? Not sure why else I would have a headache since I have cut out all the crap!
A typical day for me would be: 2 hard boiled eggs for breakfast and a homemade turkey sausage, lunch is a nice big salad with chicken and dinner is either fish or meat and some steamed veggies. If I feel the need to have a snack, I eat nuts, beef jerky or an apple and almond butter. My treat is some raspberries for dessert sometimes. I put my food into fitdaily and I was only around 45-50g of carbs for the day. Is this not enough in the beginning? I am 30 years old and female. Anyone have any ideas? The first week I felt so great, never had a headache, so I don't think its the "carb flu", because I would assume I would feel bad from the beginning then. Thank you!
