what the heck happened? Blubbering mess
Today was my usual combat/martial arts (Western) training. I felt like I was working underwater, felt strangely hot from the inside (not like a fever, just a strange feeling), was an effort to move, I was getting angry with myself and everyone . A couple of times I couldn't breathe, was as if my lungs and throat were constricting and no amount if relaxing or deep breaths helped.
I felt extremely over emotional and left for a long cry mid way. Afterwards I got a bit teary as well. For no real reason apart from "I feel like crap and am fighting like crap", which is no reason anyway!
Yesterday I did a HIIT workout (les Mills GRIT), feel relatively fine DOMS wise. Did a mild workout today.
Had 100g carbs yesterday and 130g today ...
I generally stay under 100g, incidentally without trying.
Does this sound carb related or do I just need a long rest? Or am I coming down with something.
