So I noticed I always end up burping a lot after I eat beef/chicken liver. At one point I even had some kind of indigestion from it. Last night I only had about 100g but I cooked it in butter, onions and bell pepper. I thought maybe I ate too fast or the combination of ingredients that I cooked it in.
I wonder if making it into a pate would help with digestion or maybe something else is going on?
