Okay, it's time to admit it.
I've been full on primal for six days now.
I've had one meal every 24 hours, small meals including bacon, eggs, tuna, chicken, onion and spinach leaves, one cup of black coffee on a morning and gallons of water.
What i'm admitting to is the fact that I'm still terrified to eat fat. I've been dry frying my eggs and bacon and draining off any fat. I also do this with mince and I often steam cuts of meat including chicken legs and thighs.
Over the years I've gone to some ridiculous lengths to avoid eating fat. I've even boiled mince (ground beef) in water two or three times to get rid of as much fat as possible.
I've got a big fat beer belly and the thought of adding to it by eating fat still scares me. My question is, should I continue this way until I lose some weight or do you think the fat will speed up the weight loss?
