Certain primal foods "in moderation"
I was trying to find a thread on this, but couldn't. So when re-reading Practical Paleo, I noticed there's always an "in moderation" column to meal plans.
While I don't wish to actually follow a "plan" because I feel like that slightly defeats the whole purpose of how simple paleo should be, I do question what exactly we define "in moderation" as.
For instance, my qualm is with my beloved food bacon. If i'm eating it in moderation, does that mean 1x a week? 2? 3? Just not every day? I feel like I need more specificity with this or else I get food anxiety. HA!
But yea, just curious to see how you all define "in moderation".
