So far so good today:
-went to gym for 30 mins for HIIT. Will do strength tonight.
-bought boneless grassfed beef ribs, beef liver, and lamb shoulder from the butcher shop for this week after gym.
-made "brunch" for work and brought it. Ate it a bit early for me bc I think I am no longer fat-adapted after all that sugar. I guess my goal is to remain in ketosis for the next few days until Sunday.
-starting to like bpc taste.

Maybe try to macadamia nuts for snacking. That is what helped me transition to no lunch.

Trying high fat, moderate protein, vlc, and only lamb/beef parts, eggs, butter, avocado/macadamia nuts/ other whole foods with tons of healthy fat+ with caloric surplus for a few weeks. I have counted cals religiously and body doesn't want to lose fat with caloric deficit of 500-1000 and clean eating for some reason. I expect initial weight gain though.. We will see. I know my metabolism is highly adaptable to my caloric intake and that my body hates carbs thanks to Manchurian genes on one side and type 2 diabetes gens on the other.
Ribeye is sooooo much better than NY strip.
Wow. Down in weight today after tons of fat yesterday. Caloric surplus for sure... Probably just water weight. We will see. My body up regulates my metabolism when I eat a ton and down regulates it when I diet so it is sooooo hard to lose weight. Maybe I found the right path for my body? I will not get too hopeful.
The guy I am dating is appalled that my favorite food is also steak/lamb like his and that I eat so much butter. Lol. Went to an amazing steak house last night. Ordered the off menu ribeye and the bacon for appetizer. :)
Down in weight again. Might not do carb refeed today... Maybe a banana or 2 because I have been craving them but otherwise still s&e high fat edition.

Lol. I am doing a modified version where I eat more random parts of beef and lamb. Also some low carb veggies or 85% dark choco is okay. Higher fat than before too...
The reason I am doing this still is because due to my Manchurian genes I do really well with just animal parts.
Progress pics... Ah I haven't been too good with those. I can take pics of current status next time I go to the gym though.
