Does eating fish and shellfish regularly cause too much PUFA?
I always thought Omega 3's were great, and you couldn't get enough of them. But now it seems like any PUFA in excess is not good. So what are we supposed to eat? Lean beef, bison and lamb? I'm beginning to feel like you can't eat anything these days. I honestly feel better eating fish, but so much for making that a regular part of my diet right? No nuts either. Limited olive oil. Tallow, ghee, and coconut oil are okay cause they're saturated fats, but wait...I'm trying to lose weight, so you gotta cut those back so you burn your own fat. It's just madness.
