Favorite Gelatin Recipes?
I've been told by plenty of people that gelatin can be a great supplement for a number of things, including leaky gut, increased metabolism, wrinkles, and stress reduction. Sure, you can always just stir some Knox unflavored gelatin into some hot tea and drink it, but where's the fun in that?! I'd like to know if anyone has any super secret recipes that they absolutely love, and would like to share! So far, I've mixed some powder into my Greek yogurt and tried to let it set to make some sort of cheesecake-esque deal, but it came out rather grainy, unfortunately.
Contrary to many people adhering to Primal, I am not low carb/high fat, so I'm not particularly worried about carbs at the moment. I try to not consume very many nuts/seeds, and keep my fat intake fairly reasonable.
