Wanted to share my 30 day Paleo/Primal transformation as a bodybuilder
I've been doing bodybuilding for years now. One of the toughest things as a natural athlete is to maintain a low bodyfat year round and yet still have good performance in the gym.
I went strictly Paleo in Feb and the results have astonished me! Leaning out effortlessly while my strength and performance in the gym skyrocketed.
And that's not even the best part... productivity, focus, energy, and motivation are all through the roof. Just wanted to share this.
The biggest fear I see in bodybuilding communities is that "you won't get enough carbs." At 200lbs I had no trouble getting adequate carbs from fruits and veggies(mostly sweet potatoes).
