Cream/butter as my primary fat?
I'm spending the next six weeks living with a friend on her dairy farm, which means I'm going to have constant, endless access to grassfed cream and butter (she doesn't make cheese, bummer...) Because I'll be eating conventional lean meat during this time, I'm thinking I'll have a beautiful opportunity to use butter/cream as my main fat source to accompany the lean protein and fresh veggies I'll be enjoying.
The past two days I've had 1/2 cup of heavy cream a day... absolutely amazing. But I'm also looking to get cut for summer (I'm already very lean, but I want to stay that way for bikini season). Am I gonna do some damage with the cream, if it's literally my only fat source? 1/2 cup of cream = 400 calories.
