I am curious because I saw on the Wheat Belly FB page today, that fructose is particularly a problem for the brain. Now, I make water kefir and love it. My understanding is that the remaining bit of sweetness is fructose (glucose from sugar used up by the kefir grains) and now I worry. I am 61 years old and really want to protect my brain as much as possible (duh, of course:). Do others have thoughts or information about this?
