Hello, this is my first week...
Of eating primal and so far so good. I've been counting calories for about 3 months before this week and I found I was eating way to much processed food so I decided it was time for a change and elimate the bad foods.
I've also been exercising and had been thinking about starting simplefit which led me to Cheapo's log at Simplefit which in turn led me here. After reading through a lot of the forum and going through the entire before and after thread I bought PB and started incorporating changes to my life.
I still have a long way to go to fix my diet but I think I am on the right path and look forward to the journey!
