They are my favorite novels ever!!! I've read the entire series twice. I feel conflicted about the show though. Every deviation from the books makes me want to scream.
Im going to aim for more. Is colostrum a good source of protein? What do you think about getting a casein powder and just adding 10g to the milk i drink? That would add an extra 30g a day. If im not eating much or any meat then the inflammatory aminos kinda balance out.
About the same as milk, but with plenty of additional benefits. I was too healthy to notice anything from colostrum, but some people do.
Casein is fine, it's protective against stress
For those having problems with raising body temperature and pulse:
Aspirin, niacinamide, and coconut oil with sugar in coffee. Pregnenolone for the dudes, it responds a lot better with thyroid.

I have been doing these things (coconut oil but not in coffee...) minus the aspirin <- does it protect the stomach or damage it? So confused.
Regarding pulse, mine is always >80 bpm (it is 93 bpm right now) regardless of temp (though my temp atm is 98.1 which isn't bad). Doesn't that indicate adrenaline output?
Pulse speed is affected by adrenaline, to compensate for hypothyroidism, but I don't think you have that? Though your symptoms of fatigue may indicate a problem somewhere.
Probably not - my lab work looked pretty great. The fatigue is killing me, though. It was so bad today I honestly couldn't keep my eyes open. I always seem to be a bit better by late afternoon, though. I wonder if my body is still adjusting to the sugar / carb intake?
Are you shaky a lot? Also, your gut problems are definitely playing a factor, to state the obvious. Stress, and anxiety might be culprits too. Unfortunately, you're not my lab rat, so I can't know exactly what's going on here. You're a weirdo, that's for sure. I can recommend things to stop the fatigue, if you want, but I don't want to cause any further damage like with noopept, tobacco, and other things that you didn't respond well to, and I do. :X
I am not shaky. I feel like my energy was pretty good at one point - maybe when I first started upping the fruit / sugar? It's so inconsistent I can't pinpoint what causes it. I'm going to look back at my journal entries tonight and see if I can weed out any patterns.

Oh stop it.... I thought I told you only to call me that in private... ;)
And I would probably wind up with Stockholm syndrome and other severe psychological problems if I was your lab rat.
Good idea. Let me know what you find.
So, you'd basically be me? Nothing wrong with that, and straitjackets look good as fashion garments, and it's more comfortable than the metaphorical one.
I don't know - my waist is my best feature. To hide it with all those arms..
