Background; 54 year old male, one shoulder complete replacement 4 years ago, other shoulder due to be done.
Swim (moderate/light) 1 hour per day,
Walk 1 1/2 hours a day.
Do 1 hour full Bowflex workout 2x week. Each exercise one rep to muscle failure.
Problem, I 've always had very tight and sore Trapezius. Is there anything I can do to eliminate it? I try some stretches but don't seem to help much. Can't afford to go to a massage therapists daily...LOL
