You are binging because you are restricting yourself. Its as simple as that. You think you can fight your body but you cant because you are your body. EAT THE FOOD.

I think it's quite possible I don't eat enough given how much I train.
I try to remind myself it's not inline with my values and what I want to achieve, but when I get in those ruts I struggle. It annoys me because I know I have the will power and discipline to do what I want to and I don't know what gets in my way.
