A few questions about some small things
Hey all, I figured while I was here asking my question, I'd ask a few more I had real quick like.
My first is, how small is too small to care about? As an example, I love Johnsonville bratwursts. Love 'em. On their ingredient list, the list less then 2% corn syrup. Since I don't eat anything else with corn or corn syrup in it, I'm not concerned about whatever fraction of a fraction of a teaspoon that is. Should I be?
Also, sometime sauce I make call for a teaspoon or tablespoon of flour for thickening power. Generally, I've not worried about this too much, since it's such a small amount, but it is a grain. Should I be? And if so, does anyone have a recommendation for a replacement for cooking purposes of that type?
Finally, at work they recently had Larabars at a function we had. I looked at the ingredient list and all it is is dates, nuts, and dried fruit. I love them and considered them pretty primal. Any reason I shouldn't have these guys?
Thanks again for all the help.
