Body by you
i started a thread a while back about best body weight exercise book and ended up buying a copy of BBY by Mark Lauren. I have started it. day 3 of cycle 1. week 1. i am surprised at how hard simple body weight exercises are despite the fact i have been gyming it doing heavy weights for years. i am enjoying it alot so far and i can see it has alot of potential.
i was wondering if anyone else out there is doing it and is further along the track than me. how did you go with the progressions? how are you finding it?
I have started on Sunday, at very first levels of all exercises and my legs and arms hurt for two days :) But it seems to me more doable than PBF.

How so? I've been using the PBF movements as a warm-up before lifting weights. I've been thinking of buying the Body By You exercise vids though.
Because I'm weak, after PBF session I had lower back pain from planks and squats. Also the beginners level of BbY seems to me easier than beginners level of PBF.
I think that someone more advanced than me probably doesn't notice the difference.
Hi seas - I am dragging my book across the great plains of america - sadxly I haven't used it much - yet.......... but I willl. I like what I see
