Should I feel bloated?
Ok so heres day number three
I was not hungry this morning so didnt have breakfast
For lunch I had strips of steak with mixed veggies cooked in virgin coconut oil and a boiled egg
Having the same for dinner
although im thinking of having just two meals a day breakfast and lunch in the near future
also had a banana as a snack
I have lost 4lb so far and my gut loks a little smaller already
I feel soooooo bloated and my stomach feels fit to burst
do any of you guys get that?
Bloating is common but not good. Eliminate foods you eat regularly and reintroduce them one at a time, at least a week apart,to find a correlation. E.g., no bananas or broccoli.
If this is a major departure from your previous food your digestion might need a little time to catch up (new enzymes and such). It's also possible that you're mobilizing more stored fat than you were previously so your old meal schedule is no longer appropriate. I would continue to follow your instincts and judge after 2-4 weeks.
I definitely have zero appetite moods. I'll have a bit of egg, fish, and maybe some bell pepper or berries for vitC and call it a day.
