Sun Warrior protein OR simply fast
I still struggle with digestion/inflammation since ive moved to paleo, and i know it will dissipate with time, but what do you guys think of Sun Warriors sprouted and fermented rice protein as an occasional feed to give my digestion a rest from the meats? Im allergic to whey so i thought this might be best. Anyone else try it with success? If the overwhelming opinion is to avoid it, ill just fast during periods that i feel i cant digest whole foods but this product could make life a whole lot easier...
