Question concerning my daily diet
I'm 16 years old and for some reason I feel lethargic at a certain time everyday
5:30am- wake up have 3 organic eggs with kale/spinach, or Greek yogurt with a banana, berries, nuts, etc.
(Always have 1 1/2 - 2 cups black coffee w/ breakfast)
12:30am- a large salad made at home with veggies added and some meat/leftovers and olive oil sometimes
Now around 12:45 in class I will feel very spacey and tired
I start yawning and can't seem to focus whatsoever
This trance lasts until I get out of school at 2:00 and fades away as the day goes on..
What is my problem? Any ideas, or suggestions?
I also tend to get really cold as the day goes on and almost painful chills down my spine/arms
