I've gained a lot of muscle over the winter and with that, lost some flexibility. Id like to get more flexible in my shoulder area for my golf swing in the summer. I was thinking of picking up a yoga dvd and doing it once a week. You guys think this would be enough?

I am reasonably flexible, comparable to and/or even better than my friends who do yoga. I am also very muscular.
My routine after a heavy lifting workout is to foam roll my legs and back for a few minutes, then stretch for 10-15 minutes using simple stretch poses. 1 minute on each muscle group. Holding longer than 30 seconds and really breathing into the stretch works wonders.
