Greek Yogurt vs. Kefir: Probiotics
I tried to do some searching online to see which provided a better amount and variety of probiotics, but I only found some vague information that didn't really seem to give a concrete answer. I've had both Greek yogurt and kefir, and I like both of them. For Greek Yogurt, I use Fage 2% (sometimes 0% if I can't find the 2%) and for kefir I use Lifeway 99% Lactose Free, Fat Free Plain Kefir. On the ingredients list, the Fage has some probiotics listed, like maybe they are added back in? But I don't know. Do you believe that one is more beneficial than the other? Do you just stick to eating sauerkraut and kimchi and leave the dairy completely alone? Thanks!
