What's the best way to get enough of all the vitamin e fractions?
Obviously, unsaturated oils are out of the question.
I've started to use red palm oil, but honestly, I don't love it as much as coconut oil/ghee/olive oil. It seems ok for cooking eggs, but I really like VCO for that. I'm sure I could get used to the red palm, eventually.
I already eat a couple Brazil nuts for selenium, so not sure how much and what kind of other nuts I should incorporate w/o messing with my O3:O6 ratio too much if that route is suggested....
