Beef Heart Fat?
Question, I just got myself 2 whole beef hearts and am cutting them up to bag and freeze. Im also trimming the excess fat, what can i do with the excess. Is it good to render down and use as cooking fat or should I just use it for catfish bait this summer?

You don't have to trim the fat, but you can if you wish. I would just cut it into pieces and freeze, taking them out to cook with. But you can render it is you prefer.
