So, here is my experience.
My BMR is about 2200. I don't come anywhere near that one most days because I am just not hungry. Some days I come close, but I never actually get there. I have 1000 calorie days (without hunger) and I have hungrier days where I eat around 2000 calories. Just depends. I honestly don't fuss over it anymore. When I started primal I counted and weighed every macro and calorie. Meh. Just not for me. I just let go of all the nonsense because I figure the weight has no where to go but off, and off it will come eventually.
