Can I eat chicken skin almost everyday?
Ok so I've been primal for about 2 months now. I've gotten leaner and I feel a lot healthier with a lot of energy. But I started to get worried about eating chicken skin almost every day because my dinner is usually chicken thighs. My reason for this is that I'm a college student on a budget and chicken thighs are so cheap compared to steak or fish, plus i love them. I read on a few threads people posted about chicken thighs and saw that their o3:o6 ratio isn't good. Also, I couldn't find any posts by Mark stating whether or not chicken skin should be eaten ocassionally. Any thoughts?
here's my usual eating plan:
breakfast: 4 eggs with 1.5 tbsp coconut oil
lunch: big salad and a good amount of olive oil
dinner: 4-5 chicken thighs
Just to put it out there, I do eat steak or fish sometimes to change it up whenever I have some extra money to spend.
