Does anyone know this workout program and would you consider it primal? It is called 'interval overload training'. Concentration is on muscle toning.
I realy like it because it makes me sweat, and I consider it a heavy training (I otherwise just bike, dance and move around a lot, not going to gym) and I can perform it at home. So far I have not toned any muscle (ever, haha) but I am not that long on paleo and used to eat lots of whole grains.
Now that I don't eat my so beloved grains anymore, I want Muscles instead! Would this be a good start, you think?
